Iranian Chehrak Marble in warm cream & beige with unique spider veins. Luxury choice for interior flooring, feature walls & lobbies. Contact us.
Chehrak Marble is a stunning and prestigious natural Iranian marble, quarried in the rich deposits of the Chehrak region in Bavanat County (Fars Province). Characterized by a warm background of cream, beige, and soft light brown interwoven with intricate, irregular golden-brown spider-web veins, this stone offers a naturally artistic aesthetic. Thanks to its compact crystalline structure and high-grade epoxy resin treatment, Chehrak Marble achieves a brilliant mirror-like polish. It is exceptionally popular in large-format slab processing, particularly for book-matched and four-matched feature walls that display breathtaking symmetrical patterns.
In architectural and structural applications, Chehrak Marble is an outstanding choice for luxury interior flooring, grand hotel lobbies, banquet halls, feature walls, and staircases. Its reliable density and compressive strength ensure durable performance under normal interior foot traffic. However, due to its calcium carbonate composition and sensitivity to weathering and moisture, it is strictly recommended for indoor use only and is not suitable for exterior building facades or permanently wet damp environments.
For secure installation, high-strength adhesives or standard mortar beds with proper expansion joints are essential. To preserve its immaculate mirror polish and rich color over time, avoid harsh acidic cleaners. Routine maintenance with a soft damp cloth and neutral pH stone cleaners will maintain its sophisticated elegance for decades.
