Orders & pricing
How does buying stone work?
Add stones to your quote list or call an advisor. Once quantities, sizes and finish are set we issue a pro forma at today's price; production or loading starts after the deposit.
How are prices given?
Prices on the site are 'from' prices for the base grade, ex-works. The final price depends on grade, thickness, cut and quantity.
Can I order a stone that isn't in stock?
Yes. 'On order' stones are cut for you from quarry blocks; lead time is usually two to four weeks.
Choosing stone
Which stone is best for facades?
Travertines lead for facades — colour-stable in the sun and good to bond. In humid regions choose low-absorption, nano-sealed stone.
What's the difference between marbleite and travertine?
Marbleite is denser and holds a polish (interior floors); travertine is porous and better for facades.
How do I maintain a stone facade?
Low-pressure washing and a fresh nano coat every two to three years is enough. Avoid acids and bleach.
Shipping & delivery
Can I inspect the stone during loading?
Yes — visit the factory or join a video call. Every pallet is photographed and numbered before loading.
How is stone shipped?
By truck across Iran on timber pallets with cargo insurance. Freight is listed separately on the pro forma.
What if the delivery doesn't match the order?
If grade or quality differs from the approved sample, we take the load back at our cost.
Export
Do you export?
Yes — to Iraq, the Gulf and Central Asia. We quote FOB Bandar Abbas or delivered to the land border.
